As one who was formerly obese, I can first-hand say it is easy to fall into the trap of overeating or eating the wrong things. Lose it! even takes into consideration your calorie burn from exercise. Plus, because it is on your iPhone, it is always with you so there is never a need to go back to your PC or Macbook to enter information – or forget to do so. Part of my exercise routine is walking – usually 3 to 5 miles per day. Helping me keep track of my distance, calories burned and steps is a great application named iTreadmill. This pedometer application uses your iPhone’s accelerometer to automatically keep track of your steps while using its GPS to keep track of your distance.
